Is an economist and forecaster, research fellow at the Institute for Forecasting of the Centre of Social and Psychological Sciences of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. There he also holds the position of scientific secretary. He focuses on research of labour markets and migration, is a national expert – correspondent at the OECD, where he authors and presents SOPEMI (Système d'observation permanente des migrations) reports for the Slovak Republic
